principal operator dedicated to organising all transport requirements
for conferences and events.
We specialise in arranging and managing park and ride services
for all types of conferences and exhibitions. Our service
ensures that the conference organiser has the total support
of a professional company, providing delegates free parking
and courtesy transport to and from the Harrogate International
Centre complex.

experience in handling passenger transportation to the many
conferences and exhibitions that visit Harrogate and are proud
of our strong association with the Conference Centre and the

for the duration of your event
• Marking out and preparation of all necessary car parks
• Manning of all car parks by fully trained uniformed
staff
• 24hr on-call service
• Supervision by a member of management throughout your

• Full insurance cover for all public, employee liability
• Clearing of all equipment from sites after the conference
• RAC/AA directional signage provided if requested
